Athletica Fit™ is one of Fitness Playground’s signature group training classes. A total-body program designed to drastically improve your fitness by injecting elements of cardio, balance, weight work and static-hold toning exercises into a fun, fast-paced routine.

A class that mixes body-weight exercises, cardio and a concrete attitude. The ultimate stress-relief, Fighting Fit takes you step-by-step through fighting moves that challenge coordination, as well as define those finer muscles in your upper and lower body.
MOBILITY
This class works on improving your motions across multiple planes of movement. Request areas to work on and release those nagging pulls to free up your body, achieving a greater range of movement to dominate your workouts and more functional movements day to day.
CALISTHENICS
Discover the benefits of strength training, using only body weight exercises to achieve a full body workout. Push, pull, climb and balance as you progress through a range of skills targeting the major muscle groups. No experience needed.

Be guided through movements that are designed to strengthen & nurture your body. With a focus on alignment and technique, this class will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your practice.
YOGA FLOW
Yoga Flow is traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga with specialist teachers and a modern Playground twist. It is a strong and dynamic style which tones and energises the whole body. The meditative effect of the practice helps cultivate inner peace and calm.
YOGA STRONG
Your strong Yoga workout. Yoga Strength is designed to build power at the same time as increase range of movement through areas such as the upper body, core and both posterior & anterior chains. The perfect Yoga class for an active recovery from your weights routine, or for strength athletes, to round out and balance your training regime.
YOGA CALM
Your calming yoga. A gentle eclectic style of Hatha yoga promoting balance and harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga postures (asanas) and breath work (pranayama) are integrated to stretch, strengthen, open and release through the entire body.
BARRE FOUNDATIONS
Your classic Ballet Barre workout. The dance- and pilates-style moves sculpt your whole body while you move to the music. Small pulses, tiny tucks and micro movements define your muscles while burning a heap of calories. You’ll use light weights and bands to challenge your athleticism, improve your core strength and improve your balance. No experience needed.
BARRE HIIT
Barre with bonus cardio. Activate your muscles with a powerful series that combines the precision of Barre with high-intensity cardio bursts. Cardio intervals are repeated between the more traditional Barre workouts for each targeted muscle group. You’ll use lighter weights, sliders and creative body-weight exercises and take very little rest between sets.
BARRE STRONG
This is Barre plus extra strength work. Barre Strong is an empowering program designed to push you to maximum effort for fast results. Moving to the beat of the music, you’ll build power in every part of your body. It’s a longer (60-minute) session that entails small rhythmic movements, high repetitions, heavier weights and individual booty-toning sequences.
PILATES SIGNATURE
Your classic Pilates workout. This 45 minute session will work through an upper body sequence, booty burners, thigh toners and abdominal exercises. Expect a fiery, full-body workout without the added pressure on your joints. You’ll challenge yourself with dynamic cardio bursts and functional training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses, and lifts, everyday movements that require stability and strength.
PILATES HIIT
Your Pilates Cardio workout. This series dives a little deeper into classical mat work and explores multiple variations. Work your entire body as you burpee, jump and skip through various cardio intervals that’ll see you develop improved posture, length, strength and stamina. After moving through a dynamic warm-up, you’ll alternate between a Pilates circuit and slower movements for a complete core-centric workout.
REFORMER FOUNDATIONS
Ideal for beginner-level Reformer students. The focus is on learning the fundamentals of pilates and basic reformer exercises, while still working up a sweat. Attend at least 2 Fundamental classes before trying our other classes.
REFORMER SIGNATURE
Open to everyone, at every level, through regressions and progressions. This class will help you feel comfortable to cruise into both our HIIT and Strong offerings. Flows at a moderate pace and incorporates a variety of other pilates equipment such as pilates balls and circles.
REFORMER HIIT
Combines some high-intensity intervals with the more controlled, composed reformer exercises. This class aims to increase the heart rate, engage your core on all levels, and challenge every major muscle group. A unique full-body, circuit-style workout that burns serious calories.
REFORMER STRONG
This longer, one-hour class includes intermediate- and advanced-level reformer progressions. It offers a combo of intense upper-body, lower-body, core and oblique work. You’ll use a variety of heavier kettlebells and dumbbells for movements to lengthen and tone your muscles.
